Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form goes to the outside provider that returns the results. We do not keep a server copy of that query. If a visitor contacts us, we receive the information in the message and use it to respond.

Our hosting systems record ordinary server-log details, such as an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated data helps us maintain the service and learn which pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.

This site links to government portals, county and state records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. This is especially true of the sponsored search results on this site, which are provided by a third-party company.

Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Commercial Law ยงยง14-4601 et seq., may provide access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights for covered commercial processing. Because we retain little, a request usually involves checking contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to make one. Government records held by Baltimore County or Maryland offices remain outside our control. They are governed separately by the Maryland Public Information Act, Md. Code, General Provisions Title 4, and other record-specific laws; the privacy Act does not erase those source records.
